1. General provisions

By using the website or Hyper services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Hyper may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and prices

Product information and prices on the website are kept as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability (stock) may change without prior notice.

An order is considered accepted only after the availability of the product in stock is confirmed. If a technical or typographical error is found, Hyper reserves the right to clarify or cancel the order.

3. Order and payment

After an order is placed, the customer is contacted for confirmation. Payment methods:

• Cash payment: at the branch or on delivery.
• Online payment by bank card.
• Payment security is ensured by the official payment provider; card details are not stored by Hyper.

4. Delivery and handover

Products are delivered by the chosen method or may be picked up from Hyper branches. The delivery time, address and terms are communicated when the order is placed.

At handover, we recommend checking that the product is complete.

5. Service reservation

An online appointment/reservation is a preliminary booking for the chosen time and is confirmed according to the branch schedule.

In case of delay or no-show, the appointment may be rescheduled. Call center: *1213.

6. Return and warranty

The return, exchange and warranty of products are governed by the «Warranty Terms» document. Please review that section.

7. Liability

Hyper is responsible for the authenticity of the products it sells and the quality of the services it provides.

No liability is borne for consequences arising from improper use of the product or violation of operating rules.
